Weekly Organic Produce boxes delivered to your home, work, co-op meeting place or local pick up point.
We are a family run Organic and Whole Foods Coop serving the communities of Gainesville, Willow Springs and West Plains, MO as well as Mountain Home, AR. As of February 21, 2014 - Springfield, MO.
As a mother of five growing children the demand for food in our home, well, you can imagine… didn't meet our budget requirements. Our main goal when we started the coop with bulk dry goods in August of 2011 was to supply our own family with wholesome organics throughout the year and share this opportunity with others.
It took several months to find the perfect organic produce supplier to partner with. Thanksgiving week of 2011 we did! Our supplier (or distribution hub) is unique in its approach to acquiring produce. The founders are farmers that got together in 2005 to create a co-op to help distribute their products. They wanted to keep the momentum going and not let people down when they were not harvesting. So, what they decided was to get products from smaller family farms first, many of which have CSA’s, and then fill in the blanks with larger organic farms to be able to supply year round. That was exactly what we wanted to do here! When the season allows it and the local organic growers have things to share we buy as much as we can from organic farmers right in our own community. Then, supplement with things that we can not source locally. We offer our Organically Grown Mushrooms Year Round as we grow them indoors. The garden produce we grow here is also utilized for the boxes CSA (Consumer Supported Agriculture) style in Shares.
The individual shares are: a Full Share for $50 and a Half Share for $25. They are offered as a Mixed Box, Fruit Only Box and Veggie Only Box. We also build a Juicing Box for $35. Not only do we offer the organic produce, but also a wide range of bulk dry goods for your pantry. From local farmers and ranchers we also offer a variety of grass fed meat. And from local bakers... breads - both non-brominated wheat/gluten based and Gluten Free! It is simply exciting! From our humble beginnings where we were "maybe" feeding our family approximately 45% organic (basically what we grew) and supplementing with the dreaded grocery store shopping. We are now feeding our children over 95% organic and the trips to the grocery store are nearly non-existent and last a few minutes at best! (I should say at worst... who really enjoys grocery shopping?) No more label reading! No more supporting the Monsanto Regime! Organic Whole Foods! Yeah!
We would love to help your family do the same! Simply fill out our contact form and we will set you up in getting our emails.
We Look forward to meeting you!
Blessings ~ from our family to yours,
The Semyck Family

Willow Mountain Mushrooms turns 10!! ~ Est. March 3, 2004
I sent out this in an email over this weekend: "I just wanted to send out a HUGE "THANK YOU!" to everyone today as Willow Mountain Mushrooms turns 10! Thank You for your continued support! We are so excited to be able to say that our farm has been Serving the Ozarks for Ten Years!!! ... such a milestone. Never could have done it without YOU!
Thank You! ~Bob, Wendy, Robert, Miranda, Jacob, James and Joseph"
I received several responses that were similar to the one below and thought I would share here so that I never forget why we do this.
"Congratulations, and a THANK YOU back at ya! It is so nice to know that I can order whatever from you, fruit, veggies, bread and KNOW that what I am putting in my family’s bodies is not detrimental to our health. It’s awesome to know that I can just order bread and not worry about what’s in it because if you are ok with providing it to your customers, I know that you have already drilled them about the ingredients and process in which it is made and it is there because it’s good for you. I really appreciate you and Bob and the effort you put into getting food to people. Congrats on your success and here’s to many years to come" A few reviews from new people we delivered to today (Feb 2012): “Thank you, Wendy. We are enjoying the produce! So nice to have the variety and freshness. I also appreciate the ordering information. I am contacting some people around here to gather interest and I plan to order again soon – either this next time or the following for sure. I’d like to do it weekly, alternating pick up with some other people nearby.” “Wow! I am so impressed at the quality of the fruits and vegetables I received today. And for the cost—phenomenal!! Wish I had heard of you all sooner! ” “So pleased with the box I received today…Please order one $30 Vegetable box for me..” and from someone that has been getting a box from us since we started the co-op around Thanksgiving: “The produce is wonderful! It’s great having fresh organic veggies that I wouldn’t have access to otherwise. I’m eating healthier for it!”
~ That describes one of my goals… helping people eat healthier.
This photo collage was created by one of our members that says, "I never wanted to photograph produce before yours. There are a LOT more pictures."
A BIG Thumbs Up from one of our happy little members! :)
The mom says it is like Christmas when they get home and open the cooler they left our for Bob to put their produce in each week. The boys faces tell the story!
Mom was putting away the families box of goodies when this little guy decided to come help himself to some peas... and then moved on to carrots.
